Co Course offers educational content for purchase. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, you must have accessed less than 25% of the course content. Refunds are not available after 14 days or if significant content has been accessed.
How to Request Refund
Contact us via our contact page with your purchase details and reason for refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Access to course materials will be revoked upon refund approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available: after 14 days from purchase, if more than 25% of content has been accessed, for completed courses, due to changed career plans or expectations (not related to content quality).
EU Consumer Rights
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law. Withdrawal of this right requires explicit agreement when purchasing digital content with immediate access.
No Guarantee of Results
Refund eligibility is based on content access and timing, not on career outcomes or skill development, which Co Course does not guarantee.
